Oral Presentations
An assigned moderator will manage all presentation slides to expedite the workshop. Send all oral presentation pdf files to meetinginfo@hou.usra.edu or via large file transfer.
Presentation file submission deadline — November 21, 2021, 10:00 p.m. UTC
Format requirement: Widescreen (16:9) aspect ratio
Oral presenters will have the opportunity to test and become familiar with the WebEx platform prior to the workshop.
Note that presentations are limited to 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A). Session moderators will be encouraged to stay on schedule as much as possible. Please be considerate when presenting and limit your presentation to the allotted time.
Regardless of the number of talks you have given, speakers are encouraged to read this blog post: Speak Your Science: How to Give a Better Conference Talk.
E-Posters —
Poster presenters will be given the opportunity to upload an electronic file of their poster (e-poster). The interactive e-poster system provides additional exposure by giving fellow attendees, as well as others, the ability to view posters online. Poster presenters will present a 3-minute lightning talk on their posters during the workshop. Please see the posted program for details.
The e-poster capability will open November 2 and close December 13, 2021.
