COVID-19 Protocols
The use of N95, KN95, KF94, or FFP2 masks, or those with equivalent protection will be required in indoor venues when in regions of high-person density, such as meeting rooms, exhibit halls, escalators, stairs, and elevators.
Masks are encouraged but not required when indoors and reasonably separated from large groups of people, such as in designated eating areas, large foyer areas, at select special events (to enable members to consume food and beverages, etc.), and outdoors.
Presenters will be allowed to remove their masks during their presentations if they are reasonably distanced from the audience.
Reporting Positive Cases
Attendees who receive a positive test result during the workshop are not allowed to enter the meeting venue and must immediately quarantine. These attendees are encouraged to share positive test results with a USRA/LPI HR representative: [email protected]. For contact tracing purposes, a list of close contacts without masking will be requested. All information will be considered HR confidential.
