Information for Remote Participants and Observers

To enable remote participation in the workshop and broad sharing of information, we plan for the following:

  • All pre-recorded presentations and streamed content from the workshop discussion will be available to the community, with relevant instructions for viewing posted recordings to this site in mid-June. This content (i.e., full group presentations and discussions) will be available during and after the meeting.
  • Registered remote attendees will receive Zoom information to participate in Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, and Friday’s small group and full group discussions and to give lightning talks. If you are new to Zoom and want a system test, please email [email protected] before June 17.
  • Each full group discussion will have a remote and an in-person session chair, who will moderate the discussion and generate the final summary for presentation on Friday morning.
  • We will start Thursday with a summary from Tuesday’s discussions and Wednesday’s field trip.
  • We plan to keep to the schedule listed in the program, and will advertise any changes in the block program, viewable here.

Observers

All are welcome to view meeting presentations and full-group discussions during and after the workshop. Pre-recorded videos are available on YouTube at https://boi.st/planetinsitu22, and e-posters are here. A block program showing which portions of the workshop will be streamed and recorded can be viewed here.

Sign up here to receive an email when materials are available. We plan for the following materials to be posted for the community to view during and after the meeting:

  • Recordings of all full group discussions and presentations during the meeting
  • Pre-recorded presentations and e-posters, based on the submitted abstracts
  • Brief summary writeups about the field trip, workshop conclusions, and implementation of our hybrid meeting format (post-meeting).
Note: All electronic submission forms are part of the Meeting Portal, which requires users to set up a personal profile to access our electronic forms (setting up a profile is quick and easy, requiring only a few minutes of your time).
