Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters. Please check the author index to see where presentations have been scheduled.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint and will be displayed on a Macintosh laptop to a LCD projector. Please bring your talks on a USB flash drive to the Session Chair to load prior to the start of the session at which you are speaking.
Regardless of the number of talks you have given, speakers are encouraged to read the excellent blog written by Emily Lakdawalla: Speak Your Science: How to Give a Better Conference Talk.
Poster Presentations
A poster session will be held Wednesday, June 12, 5:30–7:00 p.m. and Thursday, June 13, 2:30–3:30 p.m. Please hang your posters on arrival at the meeting and tear down at the conclusion of the meeting.
