Hotel reservations must be made by Sunday, November 17 2019 to secure the group rate.

Hotel reservations must be made by Thursday, November 21, 2019 to secure the group rates. Rooms are based on availability.
There is complimentary self-parking available in Sugar Land Town Square. The hotel has valet parking available for $10 for event and $25 for overnight (subject to change).
The Houston area is service by two major airports: Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) (42 miles from the conference venue) and Hobby Airport (HOU) (30 miles from the conference venue).
Conference participants looking for a rideshare opportunity from any of the airports listed above to Sugar Land, Texas and/or to share rental car expenses can post a notice on the conference rideshare bulletin board.
The bulletin board reside in the USRA/LPI Meeting Portal, so users will need to log into the Portal to view the available listings or to post a message.
