Special rates have been secured at the Courtyard Houston-NASA Clearlake. Attendees are encouraged to book a room as early as possible. The cut-date for this rate is Saturday, May 12, 2018.

Shuttle service will be provided from both properties on the first day starting at noon for Courtyard Houston-NASA Clearlake with a second stop at Candlewood Suites before drop off at the meeting. The shuttle will make continuous runs between both properties and the meeting location.

The Houston area is serviced by two major airports: Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) (42 miles from the workshop venue) and Hobby Airport (HOU) (16 miles from the workshop venue)
