Tin Isotope Compositions of Carbonaceous Chondrites: Implications for the Volatile Element Depletion [#6018]
The Sn mass-dependent isotope compositions of carbonaceous chondrites follow a mixing line defined by CM, CV, and CR chondrites, suggesting that their volatile depletion trend is governed by the mixing of components with variable volatility.

Nucleosynthetic Nickel Isotope Compositions of CR Chondrites Based on a Novel Ion-Exchange Protocol: The Curious Case of Grosvenor Mountains 17060 and Larkman Nunatak 12247 [#6086]
We used the chelating Nobias PA-1 resin to efficiently separate Ni from Mg for Ni isotope analyses. The application to different meteorite groups showed that two samples classified as CR chondrites fall within the NC reservoir.

Abundance, Size, and Composition of Components in CR and LL Chondrites [#6457]
Abundances, apparent sizes, and individual compositions of chondrules, refractory inclusions, and surrounding matrix have been determined for Semarkona (LL3.00) and Renazzo (CR2) using using large areas (100s of mm2) of X-ray element intensity maps.

An Outer Solar System Origin of Bennu as Revealed by Its Bulk Chemical and Major Element Isotopic Compositions [#6216]
Bulk chemical and major element isotopic investigations demonstrate that Bennu is most similar to CI chondrites and is affiliated with the carbonaceous chondrite reservoir, suggesting a formation in the outer solar system.

Is Mining of Carbonaceous Asteroids Really Worthwhile? [#6259]
Chondritic asteroids contain FeNi and valuable metals such as platinum and cobalt, and they have potential to host other elements that are rare on Earth. We are pursuing a systematic study of the chemical abundances in carbonaceous chondrites by ICP-MS.

Determination of the Cd Isotope Composition of Bulk Chondrites and Comparison to the Earth [#6220]
We analyzed Cd isotope compositions for 17 chondrites (8 carbonaceous, 7 ordinary, 2 enstatite). Carbonaceous chondrites form a trend in which Cd-rich samples are isotopically heavy. Earth's composition plots in this trend.
