Simulating Pre-Accretion Irradiation of Minerals in the Early Solar System [#6218]
We intend to simulate low and high energy irradiation in the early solar system to reproduce amorphous rims and irradiation tracks.

Micrometeorites from a Time-Revolved Sedimentary Record in the Atacama Desert [#6407]
Micrometeorites (MMs) are small fragments from solar system dust-producing events found on Earth. We analyzed MMs from the Atacama Desert, identifying variations over 19 ka. Future isotopic measurements will link these MMs to their parent bodies.

An Investigation of Presolar Grains in CO3 Chondrite Northwest Africa 10493 [#6166]
A survey of presolar grains in CO3 chondrite NWA 10493 was carried out to study the degrees of aqueous alteration and thermal metamorphism it experienced.
Valenzuela M.* Caviedes-Cameron C. Marin-Machado W. Bianchi-Pizarro C. Neuss F. et al.
Preliminary Results of Micrometeorite Search in Different Areas of Atacama Desert, Northern Chile [#6469]
Micrometeorites (mmet) found in well known meteorite accumulation surfaces of Atacama Desert, Chile and other new surfaces without official meteorite submissions, studied using SEM+QEMSCAN for densities/km2, mmet nature, climatic influence, etc.
Zhu Y.-F.*
Carbon-Rich Micrometeorites Recovered from Mesoproterozoic Oceanic Sediments, North China [#6005]
Micrometeorites recovered from Mesoproterozoic oceanic basin belong to the fully melted cosmic spherules, which are dominantly composed of Fe-C alloy and carbon-bearing Fe-oxide based on SEM-EDS analyses.
