Three-Dimensional Lithologies Within a Millimeter-Sized Ryugu Grain [#6017]
A 3D analysis of lithologies located in a mm-sized sample of Ryugu (A0159) is performed to better understand aqueous alteration, brecciation, accretion processes. A0159 shows a mm-sized carbonate vein and domains with different mechanical strength.

The Discovery of a Large Porphyritic Chondrule in 162173 Ryugu [#6322]
We report the discovery of an altered porphyritic chondrules with a diameter of 530 µm in sample A0180 from Ryugu.

Analyzing the Effects of Space Weathering on Ryugu Grains [#6356]
We summarize the evidence of space weathering found on Ryugu grains using coordinated microanalytical electron beam techniques to further our understanding of the evolution of carbonaceous regolith over time.

Flynn G. J.* Northrup P.
Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Potassium as Tracers of Aqueous Alteration on Ryugu [#6066]
X-ray fluorescence element mapping and x-ray absorption spectroscopy for chemical speciation on five Ryugu polished sections, identifying phosphates and rarer phosphides, sulfides and sulfates, suggesting several degrees of aqueous alteration.
11:00 AM
Matsumoto M.* Tsuchiyama A. Yasutake M. Nakamura T.
Highly Primitive Clasts with GEMS-Like Grains in C0002 Ryugu Stone Sample: Onset of Aqueous Alteration in Ryugu Parent Body [#6105]
We investigated the mineralogy of a highly primitive lithology containing GEMS-like amorphous silicate grains in Ryugu sample. The results showed that the lithology went through weak aqueous alteration in the Ryugu’s parent body.

Oxygen Isotopic Compositions of Dolomite in Ryugu Samples: Constraints on the Thermal History of the Ryugu Parent Body [#6328]
Oxygen isotopic compositions of dolomite in Ryugu samples suggest that it formed by aqueous alteration during retrograde cooling.
11:30 AM
Brearley A. J.*
Insights into Aqueous Alteration Processes on Asteroid Ryugu from Nanostructural Analysis of Pyrrhotite [#6442]
Pyrrhotite in Ryugu sample C0076-01 contains thin lamellae of coherently intergrown serpentine, indicating formation of both phases simultaneously from an aqueous fluid.
11:45 AM
Mikouchi T.* Yoshida H. Hayashi S. Masuda M. Sugiyama K. et al.
Amorphous Magnesium Phosphate in Asteroid Ryugu and CI Chondrites [#6319]
We studied amorphous Mg-Na phosphates in Ryugu and CI chondrites to discuss their formation condition related to progressive aqueous alteration and highlight the impact of terrestrial weathering on altering their original textures and compositions.

Chan Q. H. S.* Nakamura T. Zolensky M. Bays C. Krizan P. et al.
Oxygen-Bearing Organic Components in Ryugu Samples [#6343]
We analysed the organic content of carbonate-bearing Ryugu samples to that of naturally and experimentally heated meteorites in order to understand the alteration history of the asteroid.
