Student and Early Career Travel Grants

To encourage the participation of student researchers, merit-based travel assistance was provided thanks to conference registration fees and to sponsoring institutions. We congratulate all the researchers who were selected to receive a travel award. Participants granted the awards must pay for their own travel and accommodations and will be reimbursed accordingly.

7th ICMPSE In-House Grant: From registration fees, the Mars Polar conference provided travel support for a student involved in Mars polar science and related fields. Congratulations to the in-house award recipient: Narissa Patel

IACS Travel Grant: The International Association of Cryosphere Sciences (IACS/IUGG) provided travel awards for students and early career scientists who are members of IACS (https://cryosphericsciences.org/). Congratulations to IACS award recipients: Jacqueline Campbell and Shannon Hibbard.

IAG Grant: The International Association of Geomorphologists (IAG) offered two grants in favor of conference participation of Young Planetary Geomorphologists from Latin America and underrepresented countries (undergraduate, graduate, or received their PhD within the past seven years). Congratulations to IAG Grant recipients: Mauro Gabriel Spagnuolo and Prakhar Sinha.
