Registration

The registration application and payment process will be handled through the conference department at Iceland Travel. Detailed registration information, including fees and access to a secure credit card payment site, is available at https://events.artegis.com/event/MarsPolar2016.

Because of space constraints, registration is limited to 160 people. Please register early to guarantee your attendance. Abstract submission is not the same as registration, and you are not registered until you receive a confirmation of receipt of payment. Please ensure that you receive this confirmation prior to arrival in Iceland.

Cancellation of Registration:

• Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded in full except for a fee of €50.
• Cancellations made less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to arrival will be charged 50% of total payment.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded.
