Program and Presenter Information

The workshop will begin with a series of invited plenary talks. These invited speakers will provide a detailed review of specific subjects pointing out key gaps in our knowledge of that subject. The breakout sessions that follow will be used to discuss these gaps. All workshop attendees should attend the plenary sessions and then go into their breakout sessions to address the critical questions that the group is charged with.

Each presenter will have an opportunity to discuss their abstract for up to 5 minutes in the breakout sessions and may include 2–3 slides or charts. During these breakout sessions all attendees are encouraged to contribute.

Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters. Please check the author index to see where your presentation has been scheduled.

Oral Presentations —
A PC laptop, LCD projector, and speaker remote will be available for presentations during the Opening Plenary Session. An IT technician will be available for the Opening Plenary Session from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. to assist with the loading of talks. In order to facilitate a smooth transition between speakers all presentations will be preloaded and tested in advance. To aid the preloading process, create a folder on your flash drive/CD called “Mars Dust” and place your PowerPoint presentation in that folder. Please include your last name in the naming of your presentation file.
