Meeting Planning Services

Program and Presenter Information

Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters. Please check the author index to see where presentations have been scheduled. Authors should also review their names in these products and, if updates are needed, email them to meetinginfo@hou.usra.edu.

Oral Presentations

To facilitate a smooth transition between speakers, all presentations (in-person and remote) will be preloaded in advance. An AV technician will be available each morning and during breaks to assist with loading presentations. All speakers and commenters will be required to use the microphone.

  • Slide/presentation advancer
  • Microphone


Presentation Submission

  • Create a folder on a USB drive called “lunarpolar2022.”
  • File name format: PresentationName_LastName
  • Accepted presentation file format: PowerPoint, 16:9 aspect ratio


Remote presenters will receive additional information at a later date.

Poster Presentations

Poster Session November 2, 2022, 5:00 p.m. MDT
Poster Location Poster Hall
Poster Setup Posters can be hung any time prior to the poster session.
Poster Removal Posters should be removed upon conclusion of the workshop. Posters left behind will be discarded.
