Program and Presenter Information
Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters and should check the author index to see where their presentations have been scheduled.
Oral Presentations —
A PC laptop, LCD projector, laser pointer, and speaker remote will be available for oral presentations during the scientific sessions.
In order to facilitate a smooth transition between speakers, all presentations must be preloaded in advance. To aid the preloading process, create a folder on your flash drive/CD called “ISRU2019” and place your PowerPoint presentation in that folder. Please include your last name in the naming of your presentation file. IT assistance will be available outside the meeting room each morning from 7:30–8:30 a.m. and each afternoon from 12:00–1:00 p.m. to assist with loading and testing your presentation.
