Workshop Location
The LPI is located at 3600 Bay Area Blvd., Houston, Texas 77058.
Lunch is independent of the workshop, so meeting participants may choose from a variety of restaurants within driving distance from the LPI.
Important Note About Parking
Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the USRA building. Additional meeting parking is available at the University Baptist Church (UBC) parking lot, which is located at 16106 Middlebrook Drive, Houston, TX 77059. A shuttle bus will run during the meeting to take participants to and from their cars.
Directions from Bay Area Blvd: Turn left on Middlebrook Drive and continue 0.4 miles. The UBC parking lot will be on the right, just past Glenshannon Drive. There are plenty of parking spaces available for meeting participants, and signs will be posted at the shuttle pickup and drop-off location at the north side of the lot.
Shuttle Information
Shuttle service to the LPI from the Candlewood Suites and the University Baptist Church will be provided. We encourage participants staying at this hotel to use the shuttle as parking is limited at the LPI.

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
A block of rooms has been reserved at a group rate of $125.00 per night under “Lunar Dust” at the Hilton NASA at 3000 Nasa Parkway, Houston, TX 77058 (Tel: 281-333-9300). Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly or using the group link: Lunar Dust. Hotel reservations must be made by January 20, 2020. Rates are inclusive of breakfast. Rates are based on availability on a first come, first-served basis.

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly. Hotel reservations must be made by February 8, 2020. Rates are not inclusive of breakfast.
