Because LPSC 2023 is a hybrid conference, registration fees reflect the added costs of supporting both in-person and virtual conference formats. Many of the elements introduced for the 2022 conference have been retained and other new elements have been added to this year’s conference to create a safe and accessible environment for our attendees.

Deadline to cancel both registration types with a full refund: March 6, 2023
No refunds will be issued after March 6, 2023.

All registered attendees will have access to online conference content. Registered attendees will receive login instructions for the LPSC virtual environment before the conference.

Working Press: Media representatives providing press credentials will receive complimentary access to all conference sessions. Press credentials will be checked after media representatives have completed the secure electronic registration form.

Accepted Payment Types

Credit card registrations: Attendees registering by credit card must use the secure electronic registration form.

Other methods of payment: Attendees paying by wire transfer should register using the secure electronic registration form and the third-party payment method. After submitting registration, contact [email protected] for further instructions. Payments via cash, check, money order, or traveler’s check are not accepted.

Third-party payments: Attendees who are required to register using a third party (e.g., SATERN for NASA civil servants) should register early using the secure electronic registration form. The confirmation email you receive after registering will include payment instructions to submit to the third party. Your registration will not be considered complete until the funds have been received.
