Peripheral Meetings and Events
In-Person Peripheral Meetings
During the week of LPSC, four rooms will be available for attendees to reserve for in-person peripheral meetings.
- Indian Springs (theater set with rows of chairs, maximum capacity 50)
- Grogan’s Mill (theater set with rows of chairs, maximum capacity 50)
- Spring (conference set with chairs surrounding a large table, maximum capacity 15)
- Shenandoah (conference set with chairs surrounding a large table, maximum capacity 24)

- March 13–16, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- March 17, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Weekends are not available.
Timeslots are in one-hour increments, and attendees may reserve more than one slot. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, but please be respectful of your fellow attendees and don’t book more slots than you need.
All four rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, and Polycom device. Attendees will need to provide their own laptops and virtual meeting tool, if needed. If any additional audio/video equipment or catering is needed, arrangements should be made directly through the hotel and will be at the attendee’s expense.

Attendees who would like to organize virtual peripheral meetings should provide the virtual meeting tool.
Advertising Peripheral Meetings
LPSC attendees are welcome to share details about their in-person and virtual peripheral meetings and other self-organized activities during the week of the conference using the Padlet bulletin board.
Categories available include NASA Events, Peripheral Events, Social Events, Job Postings, Upcoming Meetings, and General Announcements. To add a posting, click on the “+” at the top of the appropriate column.Padlet Bulletin Board
