iPosters

You will receive an email from Houston Meeting Info with your iPoster login information and instructions to create your interactive poster. If you do not receive your iPoster login information within 24 hours of receiving this acceptance email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [email protected].

After receiving this email, log in to set up your interactive poster. Editing tools allow you to pick colors, backgrounds, typefaces, and more to personalize your work. You can create your presentation using texts, high-resolution images, high-definition videos, sound files, slide shows, links to external websites, embedded iFrames, and more. There is no space limit — content boxes open at the click of a button, allowing you to add as much content as you need to present your research in detail.

Note: The iPosters platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer.

Technical Suggestions for Poster Presentations
  • Graphics should be simple, well-designed, and legible to everyone.
  • Avoid using very small fonts.
  • Use bold characters instead of fancy fonts.
  • Colored elements add interest, attractiveness, and clarity to illustrations. Contrasting color schemes are easier to see. To find insufficient color contrast, use an Accessibility Checker. Check presentations for readability to those with color impairments by using Color Oracle.
