Important Note: If you have already made reservations at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, the hotel will not move your reservation into the LPSC block when it opens.

Important Note: If a hotel is not listed, the hotel does not currently have a block of rooms for LPSC, and the hotel is not on the shuttle route. This list is updated as new hotels are added to the shuttle route, so please check back often.
Splitting Room Charges?
To avoid problems and delays at checkout, please notify the hotel upon arrival if you’re planning to split the room charges with other attendees. Because hotels have different policies about dividing bills, having these discussions in advance will expedite checkout.
