Parking Information

The Woodlands Waterway Marriot Hotel and Convention Center has two garages for guests and conference attendees.

Complimentary self-parking is available in the West Garage (Town Center Garage) located on Six Pines Drive. The West Garage offers easy access to the hotel and convention center via a climate-controlled skybridge.

Pay parking is also provided in the East Garage located at the front of the hotel.

Valet — Overnight: $25.00
Self — Overnight: $15.00
Hourly self-parking: 

• <1 hour:  $6 per hour
• 1–2 hours:  $10.00
• 2–3 hours:  $12.00
• 3–4 hours:  $15.00
• >4 hours:  $20.00

Note:  Please do not park across the street in the Cinemark movie theater parking lot. That lot is for movie patrons only, and all other vehicles will be towed.
