Request for Peripheral Meeting Space

LPSC Peripheral Policy —
Meetings held in conjunction with LPSC must meet certain criteria in order to garner the financial and resource support of USRA and LPSC. Due to limited space and resources, and the increased number of peripheral meetings, not all requests can be accommodated; however, all requests are reviewed in a timely and equitable manner.
Criteria for Meeting Space Requests —
- Must not be an independent science session to be held within the scope of LPSC
- Must discuss science or mission planning activities, education/public outreach activities, or business matters of mission activities
- Are not scheduled during the regular technical sessions of LPSC
Peripheral meetings will only be scheduled between Sunday, March 19, and Friday, March 24, 2017.

All requests must be submitted using the form provided below and must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (GMT -6) on Friday, January 13, 2017.
Requests received after this time will be placed on a waiting list, and will only be considered if space is available.
