Program and Presenter Information

Report

The Low-Cost Science Mission Concepts Exploration workshop will be composed of topical panels, invited talks, contributed oral presentations, and interactive poster sessions. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged to maximize opportunities for creative interactions. Virtual capabilities are also provided to enable remote participation for those unable to attend in person.

Detailed information about the program is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters. Check the author index to see where presentations have been scheduled. Authors and session chairs should review their names in these products and, if updates are needed, e-mail them to [email protected].

The program times are in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). For different time zones, use: Time Zone Converter.

Oral Presentations

All oral presentations will be projected from a central workshop computer. Presenters should email their presentation slides by March 24, as an attachment (in Powerpoint or PDF format), to [email protected]. Onsite updates can be accommodated no later than two hours before an assigned session.

Remote presenters should be logged in to WebEx at the start of the session and be prepared to provide verbal presentation via WebEx audio at the time of their scheduled talk. Detailed instructions for WebEx will be sent to all registered participants.
