Registration
Registration fees are not being collected for this meeting, but registration is required for communication and planning purposes.
In-Person Attendees
In-person attendance is limited to 150 people. Advance registration is required for in-person attendance. There will be no onsite registration.
Currently, JHU APL requires that all in-person attendees have proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the meeting start date. Only a professionally administered rapid test or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test will be accepted. At-home or self-administered tests are not accepted.
In-person attendees must complete the COVID-19 Visitor Screening form no earlier than August 18, 2022. You will be required to show your JHU/APL Visitor COVID Screening Survey email upon arrival at the meeting.
Check the meeting website and the JHU APL website often for updated COVID-19 protocols.
Registration deadline for in-person attendees is August 9, 2022, or when the in-person attendance limit of 150 is reached, whichever occurs first.
Virtual Attendees
Registration for virtual attendance will remain open through August 25, 2022.
Before the meeting, all registered attendees will receive an email from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.
