Presenter Information
Oral presenters will have the opportunity to test and become familiar with the virtual meeting platform prior to the meeting.
All presenters (with the exception of the Artemis 1 Payloads session) will be invited to share their own slides during the meeting. If any presenters would prefer to have the session moderator share slides on their behalf, please contact Erica Jawin at [email protected]. All slides will be collected ahead of time to ensure that backups are available in case of technical difficulties.
Artemis 1 Payloads session presenters will be given a 3-minute lightning talk presentation and are invited to show one slide during their presentation. The session chair will share presenters’ slides. In preparation, please provide a presentation file (one slide total; do not include a title slide).

Note that most presentations this year are limited to 5 minutes. Session moderators will be encouraged to stay on schedule as much as possible. Please be considerate when presenting and limit your presentation to the allotted time.

Pre-Recorded Oral Presentation Instructions
Day 1 of the meeting will include a session titled NASA SMD Updates, which will include a live panel discussion by various SMD representatives. Each representative will have 3 minutes to speak during the panel. Full-length, pre-recorded presentations will be available in the online program one week before the meeting for the community to review in preparation for the live panel discussion. The total duration of each pre-recorded presentation is 15 minutes.
