Scheduled networking opportunities include a morning “coffee hour” each day before the start of the scheduled program (August 31–September 2, 10:00–11:00 a.m. EDT) and an afternoon “social hour” on September 1 after the conclusion of the program (4:40-6:00 p.m. EDT). The social hour will also feature an Artemis 1 payloads meet-and-greet opportunity.

Recorded talks will be available on August 24, 2021, in the meeting program.
How do I join an oral session?
Registered attendees will receive an e-mail from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.
How do I ask a question during a session?
Each live oral session will have a session chair to monitor the chat. Type your question in the chat, and the moderator will ask your question. Speakers will do their best to answer as many questions as possible during the allotted time.
Will recordings be available for viewing after the meeting?
The session recordings will be posted on the meeting website a few weeks after the conclusion of the meeting.
