Call for Abstracts
Abstracts are solicited (1,000-character maximum) for posters on Days 1 through 3 and for oral presentations on Day 3.
Poster presenters will be asked to present a brief overview of their poster in a lightning round talk followed by participation in a virtual breakout room with several other poster presenters and interested meeting participants.
Abstracts are solicited for the following topical poster sessions:
- Responses to the recent Request for Information (RFI) for Payloads and Research Investigations on the Surface of the Moon (PRISM) to be delivered through the Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) initiative (poster only)
- (2) Science objectives and investigations to be achieved at the Artemis Base Camp (oral or poster)
Abstracts submitted for science objectives to be achieved at the Artemis Base Camp can be submitted for oral or poster presentation; all other abstracts will be presented in poster format only.
Abstract Submission Deadline — Friday, July 31, 2020, 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Standard Time (GMT -6)
- No late abstracts will be accepted, regardless of the reason
- Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be considered
- Abstracts are limited to 1,000 characters, including spaces.

If you need to revise your abstract (prior to the deadline only): If you discover an error and need to replace your abstract file, or correct the information submitted on the form, return to the abstract submission portion of the meeting portal and click on the “Update” link that appears next to the title of the abstract you submitted.
Preparation and Submission of Abstracts: Abstract must be submitted using the abstract submission form. Authors must enter no more than 1,000 characters, including spaces. Submissions cannot be scanned or uploaded.
