Annual Meeting of the Lunar Exploration Analysis Group

2015 Annual Meeting of the Lunar Exploration Analysis Group

Program and Presenter Information

The three-day meeting will promote lunar community discourse through both invited and contributed oral presentations, poster presentations, and discussion sessions. As in previous years, sessions are a blend of science, exploration, resource utilization, and commercial activities.

Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters. Please check the author index to see where your presentation has been scheduled.

The LEAG annual meeting can be accessed remotely via WebEx to promote greater participation from the national and international lunar community. Click here to request WebEx access information. Please provide contact name and location.

Congressman Jim Bridenstine (R-OK) will address the group during the poster session/reception Wednesday evening at 7:00.  His remarks titled Update on the American Space Renaissance Act will touch on how NASA can leverage the private sector when conducting lunar missions as well as the policies needed to ensure free enterprise can occur on the Moon and in cislunar space.

Oral Presentations —

A PC laptop, LCD projector, laser pointer, and speaker remote will be available for oral presentations during the scientific sessions. Because the meeting will be broadcast via WebEx, be mindful to not stand in front of the screen.

In order to facilitate a smooth transition between speakers, all presentations MUST be preloaded in advance. To aid the preloading process, create a folder on your flash drive/CD called “LEAG 2016” and place your PowerPoint presentation in that folder. Please include your last name in the naming of your presentation file. IT assistance will be available outside the meeting room each morning from 7:30–8:30 a.m. and each afternoon from 12:00–1:00 p.m. to assist with loading and testing your presentation. Please ensure that your presentation functions properly on the below platform prior to arriving as it will be the only medium for presentations.
