Program and Presenter Information
Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters, so they should check the author index to see where their presentation has been scheduled.
Online video conferencing will be used during this year’s LEAG meeting to promote greater participation from the national and international lunar community.
Oral Presentations —
A PC laptop, LCD projector, and speaker remote will be available for presentation of oral presentations during the scientific sessions. In order to facilitate a smooth transition between speakers, all presentations MUST be preloaded and tested in advance. To aid the preloading process, create a folder on your flash drive/CD called “LEAG 2015” and place your PowerPoint presentation in that folder. Please include your last name in the naming of your presentation file. An IT assistant will be available in the meeting room each morning from 7:30–8:30 a.m. and each afternoon from 12:00–1:00 p.m. to assist with loading your presentation.
