Symposium Location
The William F. Bolger Center is located at 9600 Newbridge Drive, Potomac, Maryland 20854.
Registration fees include a program booklet, a Sunday evening welcome reception, morning and afternoon breaks, a buffet lunch Monday through Wednesday, and light evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday with hors d’oeuvres followed by presentations with invited speakers.

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate of $169.00 single and $179.00 standard under “The Space Astrophysics Landscape for the 2020s and Beyond” at the William F. Hotel reservations must be made by March 8, 2019 to receive the discounted rate.
Additional rooms are available at the Bethesda Marriott, 5151 Pooks Hill Road, Bethesda, MD 20814 at a nightly rate of $195.00. Rates are available until March 8, 2019. Attendees can also make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 301-897-9400 and asking for the Landscape Conference rate.
A free shuttle is available to bring attendees from the Bethesda Marriott to the William F. Bolger Center.
