Oral Presentations —

A PC laptop, LCD projector, and speaker remote will be available for presentations during the oral sessions. In order to facilitate a smooth transition between speakers, create a folder on your USB flash drive called “IPM 2016” and place your PowerPoint presentation in that folder. Please include your last name in the naming of your presentation file. All presenters must bring their presentations on a USB flash drive to the room they are presenting in at least one hour prior to the commencement of their session.
