Logistics
All visitors to the JHU APL facilities will be required to provide proof of vaccination. Please refer to the JHU APL guidelines for access to the facilities. Attendees must register to receive further information on submitting their vaccination status.
A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate under “USRA/Lunar and Planetary Institute” at the Homewood Suites, 7531 Montpelier Road, Laurel, Maryland, 20723. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 240-360-2725 or using this link. Hotel reservations must be made by June 20, 2022, to receive the discounted rate.
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. A list of hotels is provided to help you secure hotel arrangements.
