Program and Presenter Information

Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters, so they should check the author index to see where their presentation has been scheduled.

Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations —
A PC laptop, LCD projector, and speaker remote will be available for presentation of oral presentations during the scientific sessions. Please include your last name in the naming of your presentation file. An IT technician will be available each morning from ~8:00 to 9:00 and each afternoon from 13:15 to 13:45, as well as during the ice-breaker reception on Sunday, September 20, to assist in loading your talk.

The plenary room will be equipped with the following minimum hardware and software:

Poster Presentations —
All posters will be available for viewing throughout the workshop and can be left up for viewing during the meeting.

Poster Setup: Monday, September 21, from 8:00 onward
Poster Removal: Before Thursday, September 24, 10:00
Poster Size: Max. 90 cm width × 150 cm height (portrait orientation, 35" × 59")
