Registration includes: 
Access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, evening poster session, and participation in the Wednesday field trips. 

Field Trps: Participation will be limited to one busload per field trip destination (approximately 50 people). You should indicate your preference on your registration form as we expect both trips to fill quickly, so early registration is encouraged.

Banquet Tickets: Attendees may purchase a ticket for the Thursday evening banquet at the time of registration.  Tickets for guests may also be purchased at this time as well.

Guest tickets for the field trip:
  Guests may participate in the Wednesday field trip ONLY if space is available. Guest tickets will be available for purchase onsite only and they must complete a waiver before boarding the bus. The guest ticket must be purchased no later than Tuesday, October 3. The cost is $50 payable by credit card only.

Credit card registrations:  Participants registering by credit card MUST use the secure electronic registration form.

Other methods of payment:  Those registering using any other method of payment (check, money order, traveler’s check, or wire transfer) must contact the USRA Meeting Registrar for detailed instructions.

Third-Party Payments:  Participants required to register using a third party (e.g., SATERN for NASA civil servants) should still register in advance using the electronic registration form. The confirmation e-mail you receive after registering will include payment instructions to submit to the third party. Please be aware, however, that your registration will not be considered complete until the funds have been received.

Split Payments:  Selecting the “Split Payment” tab on the payment page allows the registrant to use various payment methods to pay for specific fees. For example, you can select Third-Party Payer for the conference registration fee, but use a personal credit card for other non-reimbursable expenses (lunches, social event fees, banquets, etc.).

Cancellations:  Requests for cancellations will only be accepted through Monday, September 18, 2017, and must be received in writing. All cancellation requests received prior to this date will receive a refund minus a 10% fee.  Those who fail to attend and do not notify USRA prior to the September 18 deadline will forfeit their full fee.

Note: All electronic submission forms are part of the Meeting Portal, which requires users to set up a personal profile to access our electronic forms (setting up a profile is quick and easy, requiring only a few minutes of your time).
