Registration

Registration fees are not being collected for this meeting, but registration is required. Registration for in-person attendance will be available through August 3, 2022, and virtual attendance through August 12, 2022. Onsite registration at the venue will open on August 10.

Before the meeting, all registered attendees will receive an email from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.

COVID-19 Protocols

On May 26, Boulder County’s COVID-19 community level shifted to high, per CDC guidelines. The move from the medium to high COVID-19 community level indicates that the risk of COVID-19 infection is significant in Boulder County. As a result, added prevention measures are recommended to keep people healthy and limit transmission.

In accordance with Boulder County’s recommended COVID-19 precautions, the Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) requires masks for gatherings of 5 or more. Mask will be available onsite, and the meeting venue has ample space to accommodate those wishing to social distance.

Reporting Positive Cases

Attendees who receive a positive test result during the PCC meeting are not allowed to enter the meeting venue and must immediately quarantine. These attendees are encouraged to share positive test results with a USRA/LPI HR representative: [email protected]. For contact tracing purposes, a list of close contacts without masking will be requested. All information will be considered HR confidential.
