Program and Presenter Information

Planetary Crater Consortium (PCC) Member Contribution

This year, the organizers would like to highlight papers that members have published since the last PCC meeting they think will interest the PCC meeting attendees. These published papers will be listed on the slides during breaks. If you have published a paper in a reputable journal with an accessible DOI (not papers just accepted that are not yet available), please send the bibliographic information to the PCC Meeting Chair, Stuart Robbins ([email protected]), for consideration.

Program and Presenter Information

Detailed information about the meeting agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters. Please check the author index to see where presentations have been scheduled. Session chairs and abstract authors: please review your name in these products and, if updates are needed, e-mail them to [email protected].

The 12th Planetary Crater Consortium Meeting program is composed of PCC business and elections, oral presentations, open discussion, and In Memorium for PCC co-founder Nadine Barlow.

Lightning Session talks are 10 minutes each, and presenters should plan to speak for approximately 8 minutes, leaving 2 minutes for questions and speaker transition. Talks in all other sessions are 30-minutes, and presenters should plan to speak for approximately 20–25 minutes, leaving 5–10 minutes for questions and speaker transition. Presenters will share their screens and manage their own PowerPoint presentations. Additional discussion time is built into each day; any questions that would go beyond the allotted time will be saved until the scheduled discussion period.

The virtual meeting will be delivered using RingCentral Meetings to enhance participant engagement. Presenters will have the opportunity to test and become familiar with RingCentral Meetings before the PCC meeting.

Prior to the meeting, registered attendees will receive an e-mail from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.

Note: All electronic submission forms are part of the Meeting Portal, which requires users to set up a personal profile to access our electronic forms (setting up a profile is quick and easy, requiring only a few minutes of your time).
