NASA PIV Badges
NASA PIV badge holders from other NASA centers should request “GRC Physical Access” in NAMS prior to coming to Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.
In-Person Foreign Nationals
In-person registration deadline for foreign nationals: October 31, 2022
All foreign nationals wishing to attend this event in person at the NASA Glenn Research Center are required to provide additional information. Please use this link to access the NASA submission tool. This tool is provided to protect your Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Failure to complete this step will result in denial of onsite access. Foreign nationals attending virtually are not required to complete this step.
In-Person U.S. Citizens
In-person registration deadline for U.S. citizens: November 22, 2022
Virtual registration will be available through December 8, 2022.
Before the conference, registered attendees will receive an email from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.
Meals
In-person attendees will have the option to pre-purchase meals for delivery to the facility. Onsite requests cannot be accommodated.
