The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe at 111 Country Club Drive, Incline Village, Lake Tahoe NV 89451. Reservations can be made via this link:

Hotel rates are $97 per night for those with a valid government ID and $155 for all other attendees. All attendees are also responsible for a $15 per night resort fee (plus taxes and surcharges). Reservations must be made by April 22, 2016.

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is 34 miles from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Driving directions can be found on the hotel website.

Roommate Search Form —

A limited number of double rooms are available, and we ask that those be reserved for use by students and early-career scientists (within five years of Ph.D.) who want to locate a roommate to share expenses. A roommate search bulletin board has been created for this purpose, and participants who fall in this category are encouraged to use the board to locate a roommate to share accommodation expenses.

For privacy and security reasons, the board is located within the USRA Meeting Portal, so users will need to log into the Portal in order to view the available listings or post a message.

Before submitting a posting, attendees should check the board to see if there are any current postings that match their specifications. To contact the poster, simply click on their name to the left of the listing.

Individuals can edit or remove their own postings by clicking on the “Edit” button and then resubmitting the modified post. (To remove a posting, simply delete the text and then resubmit.)

USRA/LPI is not responsible for the content of these postings, matching up roommates, or mediating disputes that arise from such arrangements, and reserves the right to remove postings that are deemed inappropriate.
