Oral Presentations

Time slots for oral presentations will be strictly held with the next presenter ready to begin. Strictly held time assignments are necessary to respect remote presenters, many of whom are in distant time zones. Presenters may choose to defer questions to the end of each session during the Open Discussion sessions to allocate longer discussion time.

Poster Presentations

Posters will be available throughout the workshop, with dedicated poster sessions for viewing and discussion. Posters should be sized to fit comfortably within the provided space, 120 cm (47.24 in) wide by 180 cm (70.87 in) high. Supplies for affixing posters will be provided.
