Program and Presenter Information

Detailed information about the agenda is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification letters. Please check the author index to see where your presentation has been scheduled.

Oral Presentations-

  • We strongly recommend that presenters pre-load oral presentation files onto a designated computer (for a smooth transition between presentations), versus using their own computer*. Presentations should be in .pptx or .pdf format, and submitted on a USB by the start of the break preceding their session (or by 8:40 a.m. if presenting in the first session of the day).
*Please contact Isaac Smith, Serina Diniega, and your session chairs by the preceding night if you need to use your own computer.
  • In all presentations, please reserve at least 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Most talks will be 20 minutes in length (so please present no more than 15 minutes).
  • A few talks are overview in nature and will be 30 and 40 minutes in length (please present no more than 25 or 35 minutes, respectively). Please consult the program and your session chair for overview talk details.
  • In addition to the Q&A at the end of each talk, we have discussion sessions attached to each portion of the program, which could involve additional questions to preceding presenters.

Poster Presentations-

Posters will be available for the full meeting (Monday–Friday), with a dedicated poster session Tuesday afternoon. Please put up your poster no later than Tuesday morning.

  • Posters will be available for the full meeting (Monday–Friday). Please put up your poster no later than Tuesday morning.
  • Each poster needs to be no wider than 36 inches (so as to share a 6-foot wide poster board); poster board height is 48 inches.
  • Poster presenters will have an opportunity to present a 2-minute “lightning” introduction on Monday afternoon and may include a single slide. Please submit this 1 slide via email to Serina Diniega or bring it on a USB to the presentation computer by the start of the preceding break.
