Registration fees include a welcome reception on June 18, and breakfast and lunch on June 19–23.

Registration for in-person attendance will be available through June 9, 2023, and will reopen onsite on June 18, 2023. Registration for virtual attendance will be available through June 23, 2023. Before the conference, all registered attendees will receive an email from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.
Credit card registrations: Attendees registering by credit card must use the secure electronic registration form. Please take this opportunity to review your meeting portal profile name and contact information and update as necessary.
Other methods of payment: Attendees paying by wire transfer should register using the secure electronic registration form and the third-party payment method. After submitting registration, contact [email protected] for further instructions. Payments via cash, check, money order, or traveler’s check are not accepted.
Third-party payments: Attendees who are required to register using a third party (e.g., SATERN for NASA civil servants) should still register using the electronic registration form. The confirmation email you receive after registering will include payment instructions to submit to the third party. Your registration will not be considered complete until USRA receives the funds.
Cancellations: The deadline to cancel in-person attendance with a full refund is June 5, 2023. To initiate the refund process in the meeting portal, click cancel under the action column.
