Program and Presenter Information

Detailed information about the program is available by viewing the program and abstracts. Authors will not receive notification emails. Please check the author index to see where presentations have been scheduled. Authors should also review their names in these products and, if updates are needed, email them to [email protected].

Oral Presentations

Session Room Hardware and Software

  • PC laptop, LCD projector, and a presentation advancer
  • Windows hardware and software only
  • Note: Mac hardware and software will not be used in the theater.


Presentation Software

  • PowerPoint or PDF only
  • PowerPoint slide size: widescreen (16:9)


Presentation Submission

In-Person Presenters

  • File name format: PresentationTime_LastName
  • Uploading presentations is required no later than the evening before the day of your scheduled oral presentation. Please use the following links paying attention to the day sessions:
  • If for any reason you are not able to upload you presentation, please create a folder on a USB drive called 4thIPCC2023, save your PowerPoint or PDF presentation to that folder, and submit presentations to the AV technician in the session room at least 20 minutes before the start of the session.


Presentation Duration

Please refer to the program for the duration of your presentation (presentation times could be different depending on each session). If the oral presentation is scheduled for 15 minutes, you will have 12 minutes of presentation time + 3 minutes for Q&A. If the oral presentation is scheduled for 20 minutes, you will have 15 minutes of presentation time + 5 minutes for Q&A. If the presentation is scheduled for 25 minutes, you will have 20 minutes of presentation time + 5 minutes for Q&A.

Poster Presentations

Poster Setup Posters can be hung any time before the poster session.
Poster Removal Upon conclusion of the conference. Posters left behind will be discarded.
