Travel Awards

Travel stipends are available, but only for lunatics based at US institutions. These stipends are fixed at $2500 per individual and will require verification of attendance at the workshop. The stipends are intended to facilitate travel to the NVM-2 for US-based early career scientists and, based on need, for presenters, including chapter leads. Special consideration will be given to early career scientists.

In order to apply for a stipend, please send an email request to Clive Neal ([email protected]) stating name, institution, NVM-2 presentation (if any), and include a statement of need. Requests for travel stipends must be submitted by 5:00 pm EDT on Monday April 10, 2017. Decisions will be communicated to requesters on Thursday, April 13, 2017.

If approved for a stipend, payment will be made after the meeting.
