Registration is NOW OPEN!

NOTE:  If you wish to attend BOTH the short course and the workshop, you must register for them separately.

Registration includes:

Your IPPW Workshop Registration includes continental breakfast each morning, coffee, lunch, breaks, and the Wednesday evening banquet. No NASA funds are used for the purchase of any of these items.

Credit card registrations:  Participants registering by credit card MUST use the secure electronic registration forms:

Other methods of payment:  Those registering using any other method of payment (check, money order, traveler’s check, or wire transfer) must contact the USRA Meeting Registrar for detailed instructions.

Third-Party Payments:  Participants required to register using a third party (e.g., SATERN for NASA civil servants) should still register in advance using the electronic registration form(s). The confirmation e-mail you receive after registering will include payment instructions to submit to the third party. Please be aware, however, that your registration will not be considered complete until the funds have been received.

Cancellations:  Requests for cancellation must be received in writing no later than June 2, 2014. Requests received prior to this deadline will be honored with a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Those who fail to attend and do not notify USRA prior to the June 2 deadline will forfeit their full fee.

Check-in times:  Check-in times will be available soon.

Registering for field trips:  If you wish to participate in one of the field trips offered Wednesday afternoon, you MUST sign up on the workshop registration form when you register for the meeting. You cannot log in at a later date to do so. Space is limited, so register early! Field trip options are detailed in the “Special Events” section. There is no additional cost for these field trips.
