Information for Presenters

Author notification letters were sent by e-mail to the individual who submitted the abstract. For a quick way to find out the method of presentation and time assigned to a specific abstract, use the author index provided.

Oral Presentations -

Oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes per talk: 10 minutes for speaking, and 5 minutes for discussion and speaker transition.

Audio-visual equipment provided will include laptop PCs (loaded with Office 2016) and Macs (loaded with Office 2016 and Keynote 6.6) and an LCD projector. There is no option for dual-screen presentations.

Presentation validation will be in the Arizona Boardroom. Checking in oral presentations is the most important step presenters can take to ensure their presentations are successful. Those presenting on Monday morning should check in their presentations on Sunday evening when they check in. IMPORTANT NOTE: Use of personal laptops will not be allowed.

Poster Presentations -

Posters will be displayed in the Main Hall. Presenters are encouraged to hang their posters as soon as possible and may leave them up through Wednesday evening, when all posters MUST be removed. There are four sessions scheduled: Monday evening, 7:00–8:00 p.m., Monday evening, 8:00–9:00 p.m., Wednesday evening, 7:00–8:00 p.m., and Wednesday evening, 8:00–9:00 p.m. All poster presenters have been assigned to one of these time periods, and should be present at their poster during their assigned time.

Poster location guides will be available in the Main Hall and at the conference registration desk.

Poster Size: 44" × 44" (112 cm × 112 cm) maximum
Materials Provided: Pushpins
Poster Setup Begins: Monday, April 24, 12:00 p.m.
Poster Removal: Wednesday, March 26, 9:00 p.m.
All posters must be removed at the conclusion of the Wednesday evening poster session - REMAINING POSTERS WILL BE DISCARDED
