Information for Poster Presenters

Author notification letters will be e-mailed to the correspondence author who submitted the abstract. For a quick way to find out the method of presentation and time assigned to a specific abstract, use the author index provided.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS —

Poster sessions will be held Wednesday and Thursday evening from 7:30 — 9:30 p.m. in Salon C. Poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster for the duration of their assigned session.
Poster location assignment guides will be available in Salon C. Posters can be installed beginning Sunday, June 14, at 5:00 p.m. All posters will remain up until the close of the Thursday night poster session.

** NOTE:  Any posters that are not removed by the conclusion of the Thursday night poster session will be discarded. **

Onsite Poster Printing and Deliveries —
FedEx Office at the Hilton Chicago will provide onsite poster printing and/ or shipping services for presenters who don’t want to deal with the hassle of lugging their posters to the conference.

E-POSTERS AVAILABLE —

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to upload an electronic file of your poster (e-poster). Our interactive e-poster system will provide additional exposure by allowing your fellow attendees, as well as others, the ability to view your poster online. The e-poster site upload option will be available on June 1, and more details will be sent by e-mail.
